• A deposit of 50 % (by credit card or EFT) is required to secure
your booking (booking made either in writing or verbally) within 48
hours after sending this booking confirmation. The balance is
payable upon arrival.
• Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a
binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to
take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in
the event of a cancellation.
• Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or "non
arrival / no show".
• Check in time is from 14h00 until 19h00. Early check in or late
check in is to be |

arranged prior to arrival. Check out between 07h00 and 10h00. Early
check in or late check out will incur a surcharge of R 200.00
• Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is
not received by the due date (within 48 hours after sending this
booking confirmation).
• Breakfast is served from 07h00 till 09h00. During weekends times
can be changed, if required.
• No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the
accommodation.
• Disclaimer notice/indemnity: Guest/s attend our establishment at
their own risk. The Proprietor, its agent's and/or its employee/s
("the Proprietor) shall not be |

liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s
and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not
limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever
nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the
Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s, in
addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against
any claims which may arise form whatever nature, whether arising
from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.
• The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being
accepted on receipt of the deposit or credit card details.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that
the above prices include 14 % VAT.
